In each class various upper, mid and lower body exercises are prescribed to increase full body strength and mobility.

Gymnastic rings exercise discs, high bars, stall bars, exercise bands, ropes and your own body are used during these sessions. The benefits of this class include enhanced muscle strength, bone density and deepened joint mobility.
