The focus of the class is to get your body moving and increase your heart rate.

This is done through high intensity and minimal recovery. Expect the implementation of bands, ladders, hurdles, markers, medballs & ropes. The class is run by three different instructors during the week allowing for a unique approach towards Cardio & Agility.
